Allow the install
Android blocks apps from outside the Play Store by default. When the warning appears, choose Settings and turn on “Allow from this source” for your browser, then go back.

Tap Install, then Open. Sign in with the account you already have, or create one — the free tier needs no card.

Not on the Play Store yet, so Android will warn you that it came from outside it. This build is signed with our own release key — a future update installs over it only if it carries the same signature, which is what stops anyone else publishing a “new version” of this app.
