Sign in to deleteRequest by email

Signed in only with Google? A Google-only account does not start with a PactSage password. Use Forgot password with the same email to choose one before deleting, or use the email request path below.

2. Delete through the mobile app

  1. Open PactSage and go to Settings.
  2. Open Privacy & Security.
  3. Choose “Delete account,” enter your password, and confirm.

The app and web flow call the same authenticated deletion service and remove the same account data.

3. Request deletion if you cannot sign in

Email support@pactsage.com from the email address on your account with the subject “PactSage account deletion request.” Include your username if you know it. We will need to verify account ownership before acting.

Never send your password, Google credential, payment-card details, or document contents in the request.

4. What account deletion removes

Permanent account deletion removes:

  • your PactSage profile, preferences, and authentication tokens;
  • your scans, uploaded documents, extracted text, and analyses;
  • your spaces, indexed document content, conversations, and messages;
  • organisations you own and their contracts, clauses, obligations, events, and counterparties;
  • active billing and usage rows tied directly to the account.

Deletion cannot be undone. An organisation you own is deleted even if it has other members, so transfer anything those members need before proceeding.

5. What may remain

Limited de-identified transaction, subscription, analytics, support, security, audit, or legal records may remain where required for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance. References to the deleted user are removed or detached where the data model permits it.

Backup copies may remain until routine backup rotation completes. Deleting PactSage does not delete your Google account or payment-provider account. You can separately revoke PactSage in your Google Account permissions.

6. Before you delete

  • Download or copy anything you need to keep.
  • Tell workspace members if an organisation you own will disappear.
  • Keep transaction references needed for accounting or a refund request.
  • Check that you are using the intended Google or PactSage account.

For more detail about processing and retention, read the Privacy policy.
